2. Purpose

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the sales of products offered on the website www.cocoonoya.com, including kitchen equipment, art items, and household goods.

3. Pricing

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), including all taxes (TTC). We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, on the understanding that the price displayed on the site on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

4. Order

Any order placed on our site constitutes the formation of a distance contract between you and Cocoonoya. The sale will only be considered final after the order confirmation has been sent by email and after full payment has been received.

5. Payment

Payment is made online securely. The total amount of the order is debited at the time of its validation.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered in mainland France only.
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days in Europe / 4-7 days in the rest of the world. These times are indicative; depending on the destination outside Europe, delivery times can extend to 8-14 days.
Delivery costs are indicated when you validate your order.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.

8. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for return, products must be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging.
No restocking fees will be applied.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

9. Refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its receipt. The refund will be processed within 14 days to the payment method used during the order.

10. Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the articles of the Consumer Code.

11. Liability

Cocoonoya cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract in the event of stock shortage, unavailability of the product, or force majeure.
