Returns and Refund Policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our policy lasts 30 days from the receipt of your order. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned: personalized or custom-made items, items clearly used or damaged by the customer.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 days. No restocking fee will be applied.

Delayed refunds If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your bank. If the issue persists, contact us at coconoya@outlook.fr.

Sale items Only regular-priced items are refundable. Sale or promotional items are not refundable.

Exchanges We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. Contact us at coconoya@outlook.fr to initiate an exchange.
